起業はやったひとでないとわからない。

ソニーの故盛田さんがウォークマンの販売についてアメリカで

講演していたものを見た。

実に思いのこもったスピーチだ。

ウォークマンに魂込めて、自信をもって販売していたのだろう。

片や、今季のソニーの決算発表説明会。

赤字決算がどうのこうのいうより、発表者に魂がない。

言霊が全くありません。

あの役員陣がだめ決算の一番の元凶ではないか？

いつも思うこと。

日曜日の19時頃に事務所から羽田空港に行く事が多い。

そのとき京急の青物横丁の駅を通る。

移転後の楽天タワーが見える。

日曜日でも６０％以上の電気がついている。

片やその横の大手電機メーカーのビルは９９％電機が消えている。

休日返上で働くことが素晴らしいと言っているのではない。

成長しているベンチャー精神のある企業は、仕事も遊びも一緒だということだ。

仕事のできない人間に限って休みだ、休みだという。

5年前、ゆとり教育で日本の学力がどうなったか？記憶に新しい。

労働週40時間制で日本の成長力がどうなったか？記憶に新しい。

その時期韓国は労働時間を制限せず、一気に成長力において日本を

置き去った。

仕事と遊びを分けるからそうなる。

仕事を楽しめない人間に起業は無理だ。

起業は仕事も遊びも一緒になるから。

友よ、仕事を楽しもう！！

Productivity at Work

Entrepreneurship can only be understood by those who have done it.

I saw a lecture given by the late Mr. Morita of Sony about the sales of Walkman in the U.S.

Morita gave a speech in the U.S. about the sale of the Walkman.

It was a very thoughtful speech.

He must have put his heart and soul into the Walkman and sold it with confidence.

On the other hand, Sony's financial results briefing for this season.

It is not so much about the deficit financial results, but the presenter has no soul.

There is no spirit of words at all.

Isn't that board of directors the main culprit behind the poor financial results?

This is what I always think.

I often go to Haneda Airport from my office around 19:00 on Sundays.

I pass by Aomono-Yokocho station on the Keikyu line.

I can see the new Rakuten Tower after the relocation.

Even on Sundays, more than 60% of the electricity is on.

On the other hand, the building of a major electronics manufacturer next to the Rakuten Tower has 99% of its electricity turned off.

I am not saying that working on holidays is great.

I am saying that companies with a growing venture spirit work and play together.

Only people who can't work say, "Holidays, vacations.

Five years ago, what happened to Japan's academic performance due to the "Yutori" education? It is still fresh in our minds.

What happened to Japan's growth potential with the 40-hour workweek? It is still fresh in our minds.

Korea did not limit working hours during that period and at once left Japan behind in terms of growth potential.
