日本の行く末。。

隔週で東京にいるときは目黒に住んでいる。

近くに大きな公園というか森がある。

朝ランニングしているとき、夕方時間のあるときに散歩しているとき思うのは、

こんなにもたくさんのシルバー層というか、高齢者層？（定年後の６５歳以上でしょうか）

の方々が、何か情熱をもって行うことが日本のためになったり、地域のためになったり

子供のためになったりすることができれば、もっともっと日本経済が活性化するのに。

ご年配の方々も自分の行いが世の中のためになっているという生きがいがでてきて、

さらに自身の人生が生き生きとしたもののなるのではないかと思う。

朝はみなさんゲートボール、夕方は散歩しておられます。

たしかにゆとりがあり、楽しそうだ。

スポーツや、自分の時間を楽しく生きるということが非常に大切なことで、そういった意味では素晴らしい人生だ。

あとすこし、自分の時間を使って何かできたら、人生経験豊富な方々が多いのでできること

たくさんあるように思う。

このような施策が本来、国が行うべき高齢者層への対応だと思う。

なにかパワーが有り余っていて、もったいない。という感じ。

高齢者といってもまだまだ現役の方々が多い。

少ない時間でもワークシェアリングして、その豊富な人生経験を活用できる場をつくって

もらいたい。

自分の会社でできることはないのか？

いろいろ考えながら公園を走る自分がそこに。。

Where Japan is going.

When I am in Tokyo every other week, I live in Meguro.

There is a large park or forest nearby.

When I am running in the morning or taking a walk in the evening when I have time, I think,

I see so many silver class people, or elderly class people? (I guess they are over 65 years old after retirement).

I hope that what these people are doing with passion will benefit Japan, the community, and their children.

If they could do something that they are passionate about for the benefit of Japan, the local community, or their children, the Japanese economy would be much more active.

The elderly will feel a sense of purpose in life knowing that what they do is for the good of the world,

I believe that elderly people would find their own lives even more vibrant.

Everyone plays gate ball in the morning and takes a walk in the evening.

It is true that they seem to be relaxed and happy.

In this sense, it is a wonderful life.

If I could do something more with my time, I think there are many things I can do since many of them have a lot of experience in life.

I think there are a lot of things we can do.




I think such measures are what the government should be doing for the elderly population.




There is too much power, and it is a waste. It is a waste.

Many elderly people are still active.

I would like them to share their work even if it is only for a small amount of time, and create a place where they can utilize their abundant life experience.

I would like them to create a place where they can make use of their wealth of life experience.

Is there anything my company can do?

There I am, running through the park, thinking about all kinds of things.
