Akira Tsuchiya   English↓ Where Japan is going. When I am in Tokyo every other week, I live in Meguro. There is a large park or forest nearby. When I am running in the morning or taking a walk in the evening when I have time, I think, I see so many silver class people, or elderly class people? (I guess they are over 65 years old after retirement). I hope that what these people are doing with passion will benefit Japan, the community, and their children. If they could do something that they are passionate about for the benefit of Japan, the local community, or their children, the Japanese economy would be much more active. The elderly will feel a sense of purpose in life knowing that what they do is for the good of the world, I believe that elderly people would find their own lives even more vibrant. Everyone plays gate ball in the morning and takes a walk in the evening. It is true that they seem to be relaxed and happy. In this sense, it is a wonderful life. If I could do something more with my time, I think there are many things I can do since many of them have a lot of experience in life. I think there are a lot of things we can do. I think such measures are what the government should be doing for the elderly population. There is too much power, and it is a waste. It is a waste. Many elderly people are still active. I would like them to share their work even if it is only for a small amount of time, and create a place where they can utilize their abundant life experience. I would like them to create a place where they can make use of their wealth of life experience. Is there anything my company can do?
