企業とは何か？その２

最近私の周りで株主との軋轢で経営者を退いている友人が何人かいる。

ファンドはお金を入れるときは大変にこやかにすり寄ってくるが、一旦株式を一定率保有すると態度はコロリと変わる。

自分自身も経験してきたことだが、同じような境遇で経営を退いた友人がこの一年で3人ほどいる。

自身の経験があるので、もっと早く相談してくれたらいろんな指導や支援ができたのにと思うと残念だ。

もちろん、企業の成長を真に願って、同じ船に乗り協力してくれる株主やファンドもあるのだろう。

だが残念ながら私は逢ったことがない。

私の周りでも一人もない。

資本政策は、本当に重要。

知識のある人に心底信頼して相談しないとだめ。

後の祭りになります。

What is a corporation? Part 2

Recently, I have several friends who have retired from management due to conflicts with shareholders.

Funds are very friendly and approachable when you put money in, but once they hold a certain percentage of shares, their attitude changes.

I have experienced this myself, and I have three friends who have left management under similar circumstances in the past year.

It is a shame, because I have my own experience, and I wish I had consulted with them earlier so that I could have provided various kinds of guidance and support.




Of course, there are probably shareholders and funds that truly wish for the growth of a company and are in the same boat and willing to cooperate.




But unfortunately, I have never met one.

Not even one person around me.




Capital policy is really important.




You have to consult with knowledgeable people whom you trust wholeheartedly.

Before you let them in, praise and kill them.

After you let them in, you tame them.
