出逢いが出逢いであるために。

人間には『準備の人生』と『本番の人生』があると教えられた。

本当に自分のやりたいビジネスが目の前に現れたときに、そのビジネスを展開していくだけの能力をその時点で保有しているか？

これによって出逢いが、真の意味で出逢いになるかが決まる。

能力を持っていれば、そこで自然と出逢いが結実し、持っていないと当然見向きもされずに出逢が結実しない。。。

まさに、やりたいことをする（本番の人生を歩む）ための準備の人生がそこにある。

出逢いが早すぎて、準備ができずに出逢えないこともある。
出逢いが遅すぎて。準備したものが忘れ去られることもある。

出逢いは『運』でも、それを掴み取れるかどうかはその人の準備の人生次第だ。

体力や能力もそうだ。

全く走ったことのない人が、明日フルマラソンは走れない。そこに準備の人生がある。
全く勉強してない人が、明日の試験で１００点は取れない。そこに準備の人生がある。

人と仕事もそうだが、人と人も同じだ。

出逢った時に相手にとって魅力的な人間でないと出逢いがあってもそこから発展しない。

仕事でも恋愛でも。相手にとって魅力的な自分がそこにあるかだ。

先月、大きな出逢いがあった。

アジアにフランチャイズビジネスを展開していく上で、弊社は『フランチャイズ＋飲食ビジネス』には十分に詳しいがネットワークがない。

東南アジア各国の様々な企業に深く、そして広いネットワークを持ち、ブリッジビジネスを本業にしているパートナー企業と出逢った。

出逢いが出逢いになったのかわかりませんが、４月２０日にベトナムホーチミンでのセミナーで講演させていただくことになりました。

第１回目のコラボレーションです。今後アジア各地で様々なコラボレーションを引き起こしていきたいと考えています。

For an encounter to be an encounter!

I was taught that people have a 'life of preparation' and a 'life of production.

When the business you really want to do appears in front of you, do you possess the ability to develop that business at that point in time?

This determines whether the encounter will be a true encounter.

If you have the ability, the encounter will naturally come to fruition; if you don't have the ability, the encounter will not come to fruition because no one will pay attention to you.

This is where the life of preparation for doing what you want to do (to live a real life) is located.

Sometimes you meet someone too early and you are not ready to meet them. Too late to meet. Sometimes what we have prepared is forgotten.

Meeting someone is "luck," but whether you can seize it or not depends on your life of preparation.

The same goes for physical strength and ability.

A person who has never run a marathon at all cannot run a full marathon tomorrow. Therein lies a life of preparation. A person who has never studied at all cannot get a 100 on an exam tomorrow. Therein lies a life of preparation.

It is the same with people and work, and it is the same with people and people.

If you are not an attractive person to the other person when you meet, even if you meet, it will not develop from there.

This applies to both work and love. It's about whether you are attractive to the other person or not.

To be attractive at work, you have to have a life of preparation. There is a life of preparation to be attractive in love.

Last month, I had a great encounter.

In expanding our franchise business to Asia, our company is well versed in the 'franchise + food and beverage business' but we do not have the network.

We met a partner company who has a deep and wide network with various companies in Southeast Asian countries and whose main business is bridge business.

I don't know if the encounter turned out to be an encounter, but I have been invited to speak at a seminar in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, on April 20.

This is our first collaboration. We hope to trigger various collaborations throughout Asia in the future.
