業態（企業）陳腐化の改革策

業態には寿命があり、時とともに陳腐化して行くことは周知の事実。

それを延命させるために必死になって様々な施策を打って行くのだけれど年を経る毎にマイナーチェンジでは効かなくなる。
そして抜本的な業態変革が必要になるのだが、ここでみんなマイナーチェンジをやり続ける。。。

抜本的な変革はリスクが伴い医学で言うところの外科手術。踏ん切りがつかずそのまま終わりを迎える企業や業態となってしまう。

過去に関わった企業、業態も末期状態に入っているものがいくつかある。

改革の方向性は　縦と横。

・縦に改革するとどうなるか？

・横に改革するとどうなるか？

勘の良い人は気付きましたね！！

このまま終わるのか、改革するのか。。。

抜本策はいろいろあると思うがさみしい限りです。

ブームは常に下から上に左右に触れながらスパイラルアップするもの。

左端と右端が上下で１cm違っただけで全く違う業態になる。

しかも、何年間の周期で同じコンセプトが戻ってくる。

左に右に、下から上に進化しながら昇華しながら。。。

業態のブームは縦と横をみればわかります。

Measures to Reform Business Type (Corporate) Obsolescence

Companies have a life span.

Companies that were thriving two or three years ago are becoming increasingly stagnant. This is the way of the human world. People get bored. They run to something new.

It is a well-known fact that business conditions have a life span and become obsolete over time.

They try desperately to prolong their life by implementing various measures, but as the years go by, minor changes are no longer effective. Then, a drastic change in business conditions becomes necessary, but everyone continues to make minor changes.

Drastic changes are risky and, as they say in medicine, a surgical operation. Companies and businesses that fail to take the plunge end up ending up where they are.

Some of the companies and businesses I have been involved with in the past are now in their final stages.

The direction of reform is vertical and horizontal.

What will happen if we reform vertically?

What happens if we reform horizontally?

Those with good intuition have noticed!

Will it end like this or will it be reformed?

I'm sure there are many drastic measures that can be taken, but I'm going to miss it.

Booms always spiral up from bottom to top touching left and right.

Just one centimeter difference between the left end and the right end up and down will result in a completely different type of business.

Moreover, the same concept returns in cycles of years.
