Business transfers, corporate transfers and M&A consultations, starting this year!

The first franchise sales operation was launched in 1991 under the brand name Bakery Restaurant St. Mark's.

At the time, it was extremely difficult to sell a franchise for a local company in Okayama, which had only two directly operated stores and two franchise stores in Japan.

The initial investment was approximately 200 million yen. The franchise fee was 10 million yen.

From the perspective of the franchisees, this was a very large investment and a new business.

This was the first sales activity in which I was involved, selling a business (not a product).

I was 25 years old at the time.

It has been 30 years.

The fact that my life has moved forward 30 frames means that the lives of everyone in the world have moved forward 30 years and that history has moved forward 30 years.

If I was 35 years old then, I am now 65 years old.

A manager who was 40 years old at the time would be 70.

A 40-year-old manager would be 70 years old.

For the past two years, I have been travelling around Japan because I cannot even go overseas with Corona.

Thanks to this, I have been able to visit quite a few people who have helped me over the past 30 years.

There have been many nostalgic reunions, and we are meeting each other in a different stance than we did back then.

A salesman (me), who was only young and not knowledgeable at the time, is talking about his dream and selling his business.

The business owners who understood and signed the contract with us.

This was the composition at that time.

Now, I have a lot of experience in various businesses and have some knowledge of management.

In such a situation, we had an interview and a talk.

It is only natural that the management's deepest concerns would come up.

What should I do with the company I have run for 30 years?

What to do with the company he has inherited from his parents?

How should we pass the company on to our son or daughter?

How should we handle the franchise we have joined?

Negotiations with the franchise headquarters that you cannot discuss with anyone else.

The topics discussed were wide-ranging.

One such issue that has been on the rise recently is the succession of a company's business,

It is the succession of a company's business, business transfer, company transfer, and MA.

These are matters that cannot be discussed with banks, board members, companies specializing in MA, or, of course, employees.

I think they are consulting with us because they have been connected with us for 30 years.

Until now, we have not been able to handle such situations within our company.

In fact, we received such a consultation three years ago from a former member company that we have supported for 15 years since we started our relationship and has expanded overseas with 30 stores.

We also experienced a case in which the company was forced to sell the enterprise to a major restaurant company because of our failure to provide consultation.

The management issues that one faces when actually running a business are many and varied.

・Hiring and training issues

Labour management

The market direction of the core business

New business initiatives

Financial issues

We have provided a variety of management consulting services, and in the future, we would like to incorporate corporate transfers, business transfers, and MA into our consultation services to work toward a "three-way" business transfer.

We do not mean to make MA the mainstay of our business, but please consult with us first as we have a lot of information within our company that we can respond to if you consult with us.

I think we can make the best deal because we know each other better than any other company.

We will start with transfer and acquisition deals in an environment where only companies we are in contact with are consulted.

We would like to start with matchmaking activities like that.

For a business owner, a company is like his or her own child,

They are very interested in who will nurture the company in the future.

Naturally, there are also employees, so the happiness of employees must also be considered.

We would like to be a company that can be easily consulted on such matters.

Corporate Transfers

Store Transfers

MA related

We are ready to consult with you on all matters.

We have been and will continue to be

We have been and will continue to be a Business Design Firm for your company.

We look forward to working with you.
