Falling in love with your life.

Men and women who say ‘you are everything’ and managers who say ‘the company is everything’.

What goes into the various ‘Fat is everything’ statements.

That's...

In life, the object that should be ‘everything’ should surely be ‘yourself’.

Not you, not the company, but yourself.

You should live your life with that in mind.

I cannot live someone else's life.
Others cannot live my life.

Only you can live your life and change it.

How you live your life is up to you. It is up to you.

Blaming others, making excuses and living with a list of reasons why you can't do something will not improve anything.

Comparing yourself with others, resenting your upbringing, resenting your parents, resenting your circumstances, envying others and spending all your time in a world of self-pity.

‘I'm so pitiful’, ‘I'm such a tragic heroine’.

People like that, no one will gather around you, no one will help you 😊.
What gathers around you are the token comforters and the con artists of the heart who think deep down, ‘I'm still happier than you’.

People gather around people who are serious and desperate about something, and help happens.

They compare themselves with others because they have no self-establishment. We compare ourselves with some measure of something.

In the past, when people asked me, ‘What kind of person do you like? I used to answer ‘people with dreams’. People who are confident in what they are doing and what they are going to do, and who talk about their dreams with a twinkle in their eyes.

People like that are dwindling in number as they get older. Society and life instil a sense of resignation in people, so they stop talking about their dreams more and more.

I want to do this! Wouldn't it be great if this happened? I want to do this!

I have always admired people who can talk about their dreams.

It's the same in business.

My beloved is Richard Branson.

No matter how old I get, I'm still chasing my dreams. A very analogue person trying to change the world with what he does.

Every single person's life and what they live is making someone else's life worth living. If they get that feeling from you, people around you will enjoy living.

The same applies to new businesses.

Criteria for a new business.

Because it will make money (although this is important).
Because it will be easy to recruit people.
Because it doesn't require a lot of manpower.

Is that enough?

People will be attracted if there is a social purpose or significance (purpose). This is because you can connect with people based on the company's existence value and sense of social value.

For you, ____ is everything. What is your ____?
