The second reconstruction by our own hands!

The second reconstruction by our own hands!

Working in the Haneda lounge before an overseas business trip.

When I see people from various countries in the lounge like this, I really think about it. Japanese people are really a hard-working race.

This racial trait is definitely the key to future reconstruction. The world's miraculous postwar reconstruction was achieved by the dedication of their parents and grandparents. From now on, it will be our generation.

What can we do at this great timing point?

Politics has been trying hard to do something small, something really small, something that is not even necessary right now. But after the earthquake, it seems to me that politicians and the public have begun to move toward a single goal, a single objective.

The reason why Japanese politicians lack leadership is because they lack the ability to set goals and the centripetal force to move people toward those goals.

Politics depends on how to make the people believe in what they want to achieve.

But Japanese politicians are not good at this.

The Analects of Confucius says that it is impossible for everyone to know. That is why we should let the people know.

The same goes for management. How do you lead your employees? This is the key to success.

There is only one way to lead.

TOP must be sincere. They must speak out what they truly think.

They must set and pursue the goals that they truly want to achieve.

This is all.

Contribute to Japan's recovery.

There is no need to think big. How can I contribute to Japan's recovery within the scope of my current work?

Donations and aid alone will not bring about true recovery.

It seems that Japanese managers are being called NATO (No action Talking only) overseas.

Now let's bring it back to our company. 。。。。

They don't have a sense of responsibility, so they can't make decisions.

They don't want to take responsibility, so they all think together.

The president of a small or medium-sized company, even if it is small, makes all the decisions himself and takes on all the responsibility over his life.

That is why he thinks and thinks and thinks and thinks desperately about whether it is the best way or not.

He takes responsibility for the lives of all his employees.

Isn't it the same for politicians? Politicians who cannot do that should leave national politics.

Let's think about it. Think about what you can do and how you can help Japan recover!
