どのように論理的に考えても、今後の日本経済において、インバウンドも国内も【観光】無くして成長は語れません。

人間の知識への欲望は無尽蔵です。だから観光は不滅なのです。

テレビや雑誌という既存メディアに加え、ネットで情報収集が容易になり、非日常空間の映像が流れれば流れるほど、リアルでの経験（観光）の価値は上がります。

コロナ前の水準に到達することはもちろんのこと、

そして、日本サイドが見逃していると思えるのが、1組の人数です。

日本の多くのホテルは、シングルとツイン中心で、3名客ですら居場所に困ります。ましてや5名6名となると複数部屋を借りるしかなくなります。日本古来の旅館でも同様で、4名までが限界で、それ以上の収容の部屋は中々ありません。旅を共にする家族や仲間との交流を重視したいのに、身内の交流を図るスペースが無い宿が非常に多いのです。

しかし、今日本にインバウンド観光客として来る華僑もムスリムも基本的に家族が大人数です。旅行で来るのも5名6名以上が多いのが現実です。

### 特徴的なポイント

①非常駐サービスなので利益率が高いこと  
②本部が300室の民泊向けチェックインサービス事業をしたことで、収益性が高い民泊施設の共通点を見つけることができたこと  
③賃貸不動産に設備投資をする飲食業界の常識で不動産業界での異質な立ち位置を取り、安い賃料物件の選定や業務委託によって固定費リスクを下げたこと  
④コロナ禍でSNSによる集客を開始したこと

大阪の直営施設の平面図がこちらです。繁華街の外れの未活用の古びる３階建てを丸々リノベーションして、一棟貸切の宿にしました。

加盟金や研修費込みで総投資３０００万円～３５００万円

飲食店よりも軽く、飲食同様に（それ以上に）顧客満足を提供できる施設ビジネスです。

### 収益情報

１室単価は８万円～１０万円（宿泊１名で１万円が目途）  
立地とプロモーションを間違えなければ、平均５泊してくださる宿に。すると月間４組で稼働率８割超の宿に！

常駐ゼロなので人件費負担低く  
料理提供なしが基本なので、原価もなく  
売上は月間２００～３００万円と高くはないですが、利益でしっかり残る

月商２００万円で、営業利益２８％５５万円、投資回収３年というビジネスモデルです。
