TAKE-SAN to Open a Store in Paris

Finally, TAKE-SAN Ramen will open in Paris this winter.
We presented TAKE-SAN Ramen for the first time in Europe at the 2019 VEGAN FESTA in Berlin, where it received a great welcome from many citizens.
That year we opened a franchise in Ulaanbaatar, the capital of Mongolia, where a train bound for Paris was arriving on the tracks leading west. Trans-Siberian Railway Ulaanbaatar station. It was the moment I became aware that after Mongolia, Paris was next.
Four years later. The opening in Paris became a reality.

TAKE-SAN Ramen is a ramen where you can taste miso, a traditional Japanese food.
The TAKE-SAN OBUSE store will continue to operate on the premises of KOKUHEI MISO, which will have been in business for 240 years in 2024, and the KOKUHEI MISO factory where the miso for TAKE-SAN is carefully prepared using traditional methods.
The miso matured in wooden barrels, a rarity in Japan today, has a deep flavor and lays the foundation for TAKE-SAN ramen.
