What you don't see!

What you don't see!

The TV programs that I try to watch, even if I have to record them as much as possible are,

Gaia no Yoake, Cambria Palace, Jounetsu Tairiku, and World Business Satellite.

Most of them are related to economics, but all of them are very interesting.

I rarely watch other programs.

I watch a lot of news. Most of them are on NHK.

When I was a child, my father used to watch NHK all the time.

I often wondered what was so interesting about this broadcaster.

Now that I am older, I understand how interesting NHK is. I guess I am getting old.

Cambria Palace is a program in which Ryu Murakami and Eiko Koike focus on one company and one manager.

They focus on a single company or a single manager and listen to them carefully.

The program features executives from a variety of industries, regardless of genre.

There is always one thing that comes to mind.

After the program is over, there are times when I think, "I see! and the other is, "I see..." What is the difference?

What is the difference? Recently, I found out.

It is not a difference in the company but in the manager being interviewed.

Ryu Murakami always asks the following question at the end of his interviews.

What does success in life mean to you?

What is the purpose of your work?

Depending on this answer, there are those who feel differently about themselves and those who do not.

What makes the difference?

I have met many managers in the past.

Both managers I met when I was a young 23-year-old and those I met after we went public.

I have grown up a lot and have become a better judge of people.

What I feel.

I'm sure there are some who disagree,

It is the difference between a founding manager and a salaried manager.

Many salaried managers can talk about product knowledge, company knowledge, and management skills and knowledge,

many managers cannot talk about life.

That is where entrepreneurship really starts. They cannot talk about it because they have not experienced it.

There are many great people who are salaried managers, but there are not many who can seriously talk about their lives,

But I don't think there are many who can seriously talk about their lives.

Can they talk about their lives?

It becomes an invisible aura that is transmitted to others.

I wrote about the "spirit of words" before.

Words cannot be conveyed to people by reading what is written on paper.

Even if you read every single word without mistake, your heart will not be conveyed.

There is no soul in the words.

When a manager conducts a morning meeting in front of employees, it is not enough to "read.

If you don't "speak," your thoughts will not be conveyed to others.

Nowadays, there are many managers who "read. There are many politicians who "read.

Society will change only when managers who "speak" and politicians who "speak" come into the world.

Tell yourself the same thing.
