「Double Rainbow」
Double Rainbow
A rainbow appeared in Yakushima.
And it was a double rainbow.
The last time I saw a rainbow on the Shinkansen was also a double rainbow.
Almost all rainbows I see these days are double rainbows ^_^.

The 100 Lists of Life
I read this book 15 years ago.
To begin with, at Prime Link, a company I created when I was 29 years old, every year all employees wrote a "life plan".
It was called the 3KM, and the human resources department arranged it into a unique life plan.
Aside from writing a life plan every year, I'm making an additional "Life 100 list" after reading this book.
Of the 100 items, about 40% have been fully accomplished. About 20% are things that I have only touched.
And of the remaining 40%, nearly 10 items are changed every year.
Still, I continue to write this report every year because it is meaningful.
This time, visiting the Chiran Peace Museum for Kamikaze Pilots in Chiran and landing on Yakushima for the first time are both on my list of 100 things to do in my life.
Last year, I went to Stanford University to see Hoover Tower! It was.
If I didn't write it down like this, the things I thought I should do and wanted to do would be conspired by my days and not actionable.
Today I draw two lines on my list again ^_^.
Encounters change people.
Even the first time you meet someone,
The first time you meet someone, the first time you meet someone after a long time, the first time you meet someone after a long time,
Encounters are encounters,
Encounters are encounters.
It is true that my life has changed after meeting various managers.
I want to become such a manager myself.
Since I was 25 years old, I have been running all over Japan, working with franchises such as San Marc, Gyukaku, Gulliver, and many others.
It was in the early days of the BLD business when we started up our franchise development business on behalf of our clients, so there was a lot of pain, but there was also a lot of joy.
The greatest of these joys were the encounters with pleasant business owners.
I am so grateful for these encounters that I have nothing but gratitude.
It was so gratifying that I felt as if I was creating these encounters by using the franchise business as a shield.
It is a treasure to have acquaintances in various cities all over Japan, no matter where you go.
The managers of the franchise companies and employees of my former company are running their own companies independently in various parts of Japan.
I have acquaintances in every city I go to.
This is a treasure.
With Ascentia Holdings, which I started in 2006, I am now doing that for the world.
It sounds good to talk about supporting the overseas expansion of franchises, but for me, it is about creating encounters with people overseas.
I have had encounters in many foreign cities around the world.
More and more encounters will be made in the future.
I will continue to create many more encounters ^_^.
