それが習慣となり、一生その環境から抜け出せなくなる。
環境に向かっていく勇気がなくなり、まーいっか、という
妥協の人生を歩むこととなる。
この100年に一度の不況は、新しいビジネス展開の
大きなチャンスだ。
ビジネスの世界において、今も継続されている永く慕われている
サービスは、不況期に始まったり、不況期を乗り越えた物が多い。
以前に書いた「狭き門から入れ!」だ。
不況であればある程、そのビジネスの本質を磨き、本物に近づける
チャンスだ。
会社も、社員も、ビジネス事態も、同じことの繰り返しではだめ。
淀んだ水にはゴミがたまる。
水は流れ続けて透明度を保つように、人も会社もビジネスも
流れ続けて精度を保ち続け、魅力的でないといけない。
