「理念」を語れる経営者、語れない経営者

経営者は聖職者
こう教えられた。

何かの縁で会社に入ってきた新入社員、そのまま定年まで働いたら50年近くその会社にいることとなる。

その会社の経営者、企業理念や思想が社員の人生に与える影響は大きい。
だから経営者は聖職者なんだろうと思う。

経営者は社員のまた社員の家族をも背負い、多くの人の人生に影響を与えていく仕事。

音楽家が時代の’音'を創る。
建築家が時代の’形'を創る。
画家が時代の’色'を創る。
経営者は時代の何を創るのか?

間違いなく’人’だろう。

また、企業も店舗も成長する集団の共通点は、

・感謝の気持ち
・同一の危機感
・共通の価値観
・自信と信頼
・高い欲求水準

と教えられた。

「仏作って魂入れず」

そんな企業や店舗が多い。

そのような組織は短期間はマーケティングと周辺環境で成長できてもその後は衰退する。

経営者は社員に、店長はアルバイトに、彼らの人生を背負ってるんだという意識があるかどうか?これが大事。

どんな企業で、どんな理念の企業で、どんな店舗で、どんな理念の店舗で、どんな経営者と、どんな店長と、仕事するかによって、その人の人生は変わる。

ただ、逆に社員の人生は経営者の私物でないこともまた真なり。

長い間、見てきてそうなんだなーと思う。

よく知っている元社員が他の会社にお世話になって、良くも悪くも人が変わったようになっていることもあったりする。

そういう経験をする度に、

「人間は環境に影響される生き物」 であることを思い知らされる。

最近の若い社員はすぐ辞めるから。。。では済まされない。
裏切るより、裏切られる道を選ぶ、本気になって人生を語り合う。
自分の子供を気にかけるように、社員にも深い関心を持つ。
仕事だけでなく、プライベートも含めて相談に乗る。

そんな企業と人が成長するんだろうなと思う。

企業の理念は経営者の生き様そのもの。

創業からどんどん昇華しても良い。

そういうもの。
企業の一体感は「理念」でつくる。

Managers who Can and Cannot Speak about Their Philosophy

I was taught that a manager is a priest.

If a new employee joins a company by some chance and works there until retirement, he or she will have been with the company for nearly 50 years.

The company's management, corporate philosophy, and ideology have a great impact on the lives of its employees. That is why I believe that managers are priests.

A manager is responsible for the employees and their families, and influences the lives of many people.

Musicians create the "sound" of the times. An architect creates the "form" of the times. A painter creates the "color" of an era. What does a manager create in an era?

Without a doubt, it is the "people.

What do companies and stores have in common that will grow?

The common features of a group that grows both in a company and a store are: a sense of gratitude, the same sense of crisis, a common sense of values, confidence and trust, and a high level of desire.

I was taught that "a Buddha is created but his soul is not put into it.

Many companies and stores are like that.

There are many such companies and stores.

Such organizations may grow for a short period of time through marketing and the surrounding environment, but then they will decline.

Whether or not managers are aware that they are responsible for the lives of their employees and store managers are responsible for the lives of their part-timers? This is important.

Depending on what kind of company, what kind of philosophy, what kind of store, what kind of philosophy, what kind of manager, and what kind of manager, a person's life will change depending on what kind of company, what kind of philosophy, what kind of store, what kind of manager, and what kind of life they work with.

But on the other hand, it is also true that an employee's life is not the personal property of the manager.

It is not enough to say, "Young employees these days quit too soon. It is not enough to say, "Young employees these days quit too soon. Rather than betraying them, we should choose to be betrayed, and discuss our lives with them in earnest. We must care about our employees as we care about our own children. Provide advice not only on work, but also on their personal lives.

I believe that such a company and its people will grow.

The philosophy of a company is the very way of life of its management.

It can be sublimated more and more from the foundation.

That is how it should be. The sense of unity of a company is created by its "philosophy.

It is important.
