Swan Cafe

Today I had some time off from work and went into Swan Cafe in Ginza.

I have wanted to visit this restaurant for a long time.

The late Mr. Ogura, former president of Kuroneko Yamato, created this shop in search of a work environment where people with and without disabilities can work together.

I hear that many of the customers are loyal to this philosophy.

When I was developing a restaurant business at my previous job, I had the opportunity to work with people with disabilities in the restaurant.

I was hired for a year and we worked together on store operations.

I was more 。。。。。 than I was when someone with more disabilities than me was working so hard.

Everyone thanked that person.

It was a good opportunity for me to rethink how I do my job.

In English, people with disabilities are,

HANDICAPPED PERSON

In Japanese, disabled people are called "handicapped persons.

In Japanese, a handicapped person is a person with a disability.

In English, a person with a mental or physical handicap.

The way you say it makes a big difference.

A person who lives with a heavier burden than others.

How about you?

Let's review our way of life more and more.
