Assentia Holdings does not only sell Japanese franchises.
We use the franchise system to help our franchisees run their businesses.
This is our belief based on our 30 years of experience in Japan in helping SMEs grow and develop through franchising.
Franchising is an activity between a franchisor (headquarters) and a franchisee, but who benefits?
The answer is: both sides.
The franchisor headquarters can expand its own brand of stores and businesses without using its own assets. It enables them to earn royalties.
The franchisee can also use the headquarters' know-how to speedily expand into an inexperienced business area. In today's fast-changing market environment, it is very difficult to keep adapting to the changing environment. However, by finding a franchise business that fits the times, you can adapt to the changing environment. There is nothing more convenient than this.
As a matter of course, as the people of your country become wealthier, what they want will also change.
What they want from restaurants changes from satisfying their hunger to talking with friends, seeking more unusual and delicious meals, and seeking new experiences. Restaurant business formats will continue to change to accommodate these changing customer desires.
We are here to provide you with a business that can meet the desires of your country's people.
If there is no good franchise available, we can create a new business model by combining Japanese experience and wisdom.
An Indonesian company first contacted us around 2010.
They were eager to introduce the Japanese food business to Indonesia due to the growth of the Indonesian economy. After various discussions and visits, we decided to open Bari-uma Ramen in 2015 to meet the needs of the young population. We now have 10 restaurants.
In 2017, we created a Japanese restaurant named "OKUZONO" for the upper-middle class in Indonesia with Japanese know-how, chefs, and designers. A second restaurant will open in Bali by the end of 2023.
Furthermore, in 2018, we started a franchise in Indonesia for ABC Cooking Studio, a cooking school that was already popular in Singapore at the time. It now has four stores.
In 2020, we will open TWELVE, a Chinese restaurant with a Japanese design, also targeting the middle-upper class, and in 2023, we will open CASA CUOMO, an Italian restaurant with a Japanese design, also produced and targeting the middle-upper class.
In this way, we have proposed appropriate businesses in line with the growth of the Indonesian market.
