FUUNMARU, TSUKE-MEN

What is Tsukemen

Tsukemen is a noodle dish from Japan. Unlike ramen, the soup is separated from the noodles and the toppings. So, you have to dip the lukewarm noodles into the piping hot soup before eating them. The soup will warm the noodles and bring the flavor level up. The result is at ideal temperature to be easily eaten. Perfect for people that like their noodles firm!

Fu-unmaru’s tsukemen

Fu-unmaru’s deliciousness is a combination of freshly made in store noodles and a thick and flavorful soup served apart in a stone bowl to keep the temperature for a long time.

On top of the noodles you can have various toppings made of fresh ingredients and among them thick and delicious cha-siu pork slices that fall apart in your mouth.

Their tsukemen offer nice and fun customization with different tastes for their soup. From their classic rich and thick Tonkotsu (pork bone broth) soup that can be comparable to those you can eat with ramen to more spicy options, their taste range is large for their soup.

Not only the taste but also the temperature; they offer hot pot dipping soup for noodles which is perfect for winter but also cold dipping soup which fits better the hot summer temperature!

Franchise information

Tsukemen soup, similar to ramen soup, usually comes from a long process of simmering that can take hours. But here in Fu-unmaru the soup has been formulated and perfected to become the delicious thick broth that is served. The soup comes directly prepackaged, which is stable and can be stored at room temperature. Also, the prepackaged format makes it easy to prepare the dish while keeping the overall quality high.

There is no need for former experience as their process is simple and can be even done with short training, which is available either in English or in Chinese and conducted in Singapore.
