A wonderful restaurant has opened in Mongolia as a franchise.

In October 2022, three years after the first restaurant opened in August 2019, a new popular eatery opened in Ulaanbaatar, the capital of Mongolia.Takesan is a MISO RAMEN store owned by KOKUHEI-MISO, a 240-year-old miso manufacturer in Obuse, Nagano Prefecture. It is not just a restaurant franchise, but a franchise business involving producers of authentic traditional Japanese ingredients with a long history. In other words, it is a franchise of Japanese food culture.

Takesan" is a ramen restaurant that opened in 2008 in Nagano, Japan.
The founder, Mr. TAKEDA, created a ramen that would become a specialty of snowy Nagano Prefecture. It is miso ramen served in a clay pot.
