This is the brand "OKUZONO" which started in Jakarta, Indonesia.
We use Japanese designers to design Japan and dispatch a management team, including a chef, from Japan to operate the restaurant.
Why are we doing this?
As Indonesia's economy continues to develop, there is a strong demand from the relatively young generation to enjoy traditional Japanese food in a new space.
