## Rice-flour donuts as a business loved by the community

In their search for a food that can be enjoyed by both children and adults while using rice as an ingredient, they came up with rice-flour doughnuts.  
With the body's health in mind, organic ingredients are used as much as possible, and no preservatives or coloring agents are used. The doughnuts are made with a unique process that uses rice oil, which does not easily participate in the production process, and hydrogen water, which has the world's highest oxidation-reduction potential, and despite its location in a rural area, the doughnut shop generates monthly sales of over 5 million yen.

The majority of the store's customers are local residents aged 60 or older. They purchase 5 or 10 doughnuts a month. The company consistently achieves monthly sales of over 5 million yen. Behind this is a detailed local marketing campaign.
