人とのつながり。

事業を展開していてつくづく思うことがある。

やっぱり本当に大事にしたいことは「人と人とのつながり」だ。

今、いろいろな人たちにお世話になっている。

本当に良くしてもらっている。

企業の紹介、人の紹介、ビジネスの紹介。

一度や二度の出会いでこんなにも良くしてもらってよいのかと思うこともある。

今日も多くの方をご紹介いただいた。

思いや、理念が明確になっているとそこに人が集まってくれる。

そういう人たちとは本当に永いお付き合いをしていきたいし、今までもそうだった。

かたや残念ながらそうでない人たちもいる。

思いや理念でなく、お金に集まる人たちだ。

ビジネスができる、金が儲かるという匂いだけに引き付けられた人たちは、

そうでなくなると蜘蛛の子を散らすようにいなくなる。

この人種は非常にわかりやすい。。。。

仕事と人の視点が、

その仕事をしている人

なのか

その人の仕事

なのかの違いだ。

ビジネスを通してお付き合いが始まっても、

それ以上の深いお付き合いができる人間でありたい。

There is one thing that I think about deeply when I am developing my business.

What I really want to cherish is "human connections.

I am indebted to many people.

They have been really good to me.

Introductions to companies, introductions to people, introductions to business.

Sometimes I wonder if it is right that I should be treated so well after just one or two encounters.

Today, I was introduced to many people.

When you have a clear idea and philosophy, people will gather there.

I really want to have a long-lasting relationship with such people, and that is how it has been in the past.

On the other hand, unfortunately, there are those who do not.

They are those who are attracted by money, not by thoughts and principles.

Those who are attracted only by the smell of being able to do business and make money,

When they don't, they disappear like spiders scattering.

This race is very easy to understand: 。。。。

The perspective of the job and the people,

The person doing the job

Is it

The person's job

The difference is whether it is the person who is doing the work or the person's work.

Even if we start a relationship through business,

I want to be a person with whom we can have a deeper relationship than that.
