I was taught that a manager is a priest.

If a new employee joins a company by some chance and works there until retirement, he or she will have been with the company for nearly 50 years.

The common features of a group that grows both in a company and a store are a sense of gratitude, the same sense of crisis, a common sense of values, confidence and trust, and a high level of desire.

Such organizations may grow for a short period of time through marketing and the surrounding environment, but then they will decline.
