Fighting the Brain.

Fighting the Brain.

Fight against the brain (not NO). The brain does not want to do things that are unpleasant or troublesome. Getting up early in the morning is no different.

The other day, a triathlete came to Singapore.

The other day, a triathlete came to Singapore and said that even now, he does not like to run for the first time.

He said, "I can't do something that my brain doesn't like to do. You force your brain to make a decision to do something it doesn't want to do. If you keep doing it, running becomes a habit. Your brain learns the pleasure of running and you don't have to fight your brain anymore.

If you are doing only what your brain likes and not what your brain dislikes, you will become lazy, which is bad for your health. Inertia, binge drinking, and lustful living.

Dare to do what your brain hates and make it a habit.

This is important. This is what leads to human "evolution.

What to input into the brain? This is important.

For example, when running, if there is a point A and then a point B

If you run to point A and then decide to run to point B if you are still able to run, your run will surely end at point A. If you have the intention of running to point B from the beginning, your run will surely end at point B. If you run with the intention of running to point B from the beginning, you will certainly run to point B.

What is the difference? What is input into the brain at the beginning? I think this is important.

The other is this.

Think of alternatives to what your brain thinks is unpleasant. Washing dishes is a hassle -> automatic washing machine Easy meal -> instant food -> easy transportation -> invention of the car

Fighting the brain and thinking of alternatives.

This is "civilization.

Necessity is the mother of invention, and hassle is the mother of invention.

That's why business opportunities exist in the "non-fat" and "non-fat.

Evolution and civilization.

Evolution and civilization both start with fighting the brain!
