０→１（ゼロイチ）族の使命！
0→１族の宿命。
世の中には０→１（ゼロイチ）族と１→２（イチカラ）族がいるという。
俗にいう、ゼロイチ族とイチカラ族だ。
ゼロイチ族はゼロから物を創り上げることに、創造することに生きがいを感じる。
その創造物にこそ価値を感じる。
イチカラ族は出来上がった１を２にすること、そしてその後１０にすることに価値を感じて仕事をする。
どちらがすごいのか、偉いのか、という議論ではない。
才能の違いだ。
ゼロイチ族は感性に生きる。ひらめきを大事にする。
イチカラ族は理論と理性を大事にする。
ただ、往々にしてゼロイチ族が成功するには周りの支援が必要になることが多い。
何も無い中で自分の思いを実現する、それには理解してくれる周りの支援が必要で、金銭的支援も必要になる。
片や、イチカラ族にはある程度の信用と支援がそこに用意されている。
それは先陣の実績であり、成功の賜だ。
ゼロイチ族は、思いや信念で周りを惹きつける
イチカラ族は、実績で周りを惹きつける。
ゼロイチには大きなパワーが必要だ。何もないところから生み出すには大きな力が必要だ。
無から有を生み出すには、改善や改革どころの話ではない大きなパワーが必要だ。
間違えることもある、金銭的なロスも多くある。時間的なロスも多くある。
なにもないところからなのだから、それは当然で仕方のないこと。
それを回り道だの、金銭的、時間的ロスだのという輩がいる。
現場でやってみたことのない輩がいつもそういう意見をする。。。
ゼロイチを支援する立場としては、それは残念。。。
考えてみて欲しい。自分だけで何ができたか。今の状況がホントに出来上がっていたか？
そもそも、ゼロからイチに向うひとつの動きすらもなかったかもしれない状況がそこにある。
動機を与え、感じさせる（感動）のもゼロイチの支援。実質的にそれを動かすのもゼロイチの支援。
信念もって成功を語る、そんなゼロイチの支援をこれからもしていきたい。
自分を信じて動いてくれるゼロイチの支援をこれからもしていきたい。
決して裏切ることなく。
ある程度の成功をすると人は大きく２つに別れる。
過去の成功を自分のおかげと思う人。
過去の成功を周りのおかげと思う人。
それぞれあっていい。
自分はどうか？
成功といえるほどのものは無いが４年前に今の環境をゼロから創り上げる過程で、ある一部の人にホントにお世話になった。
ゼロから創る時に一番お世話になった人達。。。感謝しか無い。
そこだけは常に自問自答したい。
感謝の気持ちを忘れてはいけない！
いつもいつも。これからも。

Fate of the 0 → 1 tribe.
There are two types of people in the world: the "0 to 1" (zero to one) and the "1 to 2" (Ichikara).
They are commonly referred to as the Zero Ichi Tribe and the Ichikara Tribe.
The Zero Ichi tribe feels a sense of fulfillment in creating something from scratch.
They feel value in their creations.
The Ichikara feel the value of taking one and turning it into two, and then into ten.
It is not an argument about who is better or more talented.
It is a difference in talent.
The Zero Ichi people live by sensibility. They value inspiration.
The Ichikara value theory and reason.
However, in order for the Zero Ichi Tribe to succeed, they often need the support of those around them.
They need the support of those around them who understand them, and they also need financial support.
On the other hand, the Ichikara have a certain amount of trust and support available to them.
It is the achievement and success of the first group.
The Zero Ichikara attract others with their thoughts and beliefs.
The Ichikara attract others with their achievements.
Zero Ichi requires great power. Creating something out of nothing requires great power.
Creating something out of nothing requires a great deal more power than improvements and reforms.
Mistakes can be made, and there is a lot of financial loss. There is also a lot of time loss.
It is natural and inevitable because we start from nothing.
Some people call it a detour or a loss of money or time.
People who have never tried it out in the field always have such opinions.
As a supporter of Zero Ichi, I think that is unfortunate.
Think about it. What could you have done on your own? Could the current situation really have been created?
In the first place, there is a situation where there might not have been even a single movement from zero to one.
Motivating and making people feel (moved) is also a part of the zero first support. It is also the zero initiative support that actually gets it moving.
I would like to continue to provide such zero initiative support that speaks of success with conviction.
I want to continue to support the zero initiative that believes in itself and works for itself.
Without ever betraying them.
When people reach a certain level of success, they are divided into two major groups.
Those who think that their past successes are thanks to themselves.
Those who think that their past successes are thanks to the people around them.
Each of them is fine.
How about yourself?
I don't have anything that can be called success, but in the process of creating my current environment from scratch four years ago, I was truly indebted to a certain group of people.
The people who helped me the most during the process of creating this environment from scratch. I have nothing but gratitude.
That is the only thing I want to always ask myself.
I must never forget to be grateful!
Always, always. Always and from now on.
