Your life is determined by where you are born. Where you are born determines your life. The uneducated will always win. Those born into a poor family cannot beat those born into a rich family.

Is this true?

Is a person's life determined by birth?

The infrastructure where the small can win over the big. An infrastructure where the economically weak can win over the strong. Infrastructure that allows small businesses to win over large businesses.

Is there any such infrastructure in the world that gives the strong a chance to win just by being on that infrastructure? It is better to just be on a level playing field than to be able to beat the strong.

It is no fun to be happy with large companies over small companies or the strong over the economically weak at any given time.

Is there any such weapon that the small can win over the big? A weapon that we did not have to begin with, but found and acquired along the way. A weapon that can beat any strong person if only you have it.

I have been dealing with small and medium-sized companies all over Japan for more than 30 years. They come from all areas, all industries, and all ages of managers.

Many of the managers in regional cities are really good-natured people. Until now, such local business owners have been able to do business in their own way in local, non-competitive society.

There were not many large companies moving into the area. Somehow, they were still able to get by. But more than a decade has passed since then.

In the late 1900s, the world entered the information society, and not only the world but also Japan became completely flat. A flat society has arrived, where the same information is available everywhere.

In the year 2000, the difference between those who use IT well and those who don't was clearly visible. In the meantime, another 20 years have passed.

In 2020, Corona shook the world. For all companies, large, medium, and small, there will be further headwinds.

These are the times we live in. Where are the weapons to win? Spending cash like it was hot water and building new winning weapons in-house from scratch?

It is impossible unless you are a huge company.

Search for it. Find a weapon. Find a weapon that can win. Locally, all over Japan, all over the world.

Weapons that others have developed, that are relevant to the current era, that focus on marketing, that are targeted to each clientele, and that will captivate the customers.

Such a weapon.

Isn't that only a "franchise"? I thought, "Franchise = business infrastructure. Franchise = business infrastructure.

I have written about this before. If you make good use of franchises, you can grow your company as much as you want. You need to be able to search for and find a brand, though.

It is not enough to merely "search" for a brand. It is not enough to have a shallow perspective. There are many fake franchises out there.

You need to have the insight to pick and choose. Analysis from various perspectives.

Predict the future based on past historical background, the historical background of success, the state of the environment, changes in the core target group, artificial demographics, and area characteristics, and analyze the success factors from various perspectives.
