インドネシアにアセンティア・ホールディングスが支援するフランチャイズ店舗が初めてオープンしたのは2013年のことでした。以下の店舗は1社の加盟店が展開している店舗です。インドネシアの経済発展に応じて、その国が求める業態を日本からフランチャイズし続けています。 それから12年が経過する2024年までに、様々な業態のお店がフランチャイズやプロデュースとして開業しています。 和食店という堅苦しさではなく、「居酒屋」感覚で利用できる気軽さが受けています。客単価はUSD30. 2023年に開業5周年になったのが、日本でおなじみのABC Cooking Studioです。アジア展開をしているABCですが、インドネシアだけ唯一フランチャイズでの展開になっています。 高級居酒屋OKUZONOで成功したのちに手掛けたのが高級中華レストラン。OKUZONOと同じ建築デザイナーを起用し、インドネシア人にも中国人にも出せない世界観を出すことに成功しました。 高級路線の最初の業態がOKUZONO。高級居酒屋です。日本食料理店ではなく、あえてIZAKAYA。正統派日本食ではなく、カジュアルダイニングとして利用可能なIZAKAYAを導入しました。
