会社ってなに？

企業、会社ってなんだろうか？

電車のつり広告に人材派遣会社ＣＭが載っていた。

「あなたが探してるのはどっちの会社ですか？

金曜日が待ち遠しい会社。　　月曜日が待ち遠しい会社。」

言い得て妙だ。

休みが待ち遠しい、仕方なく行っている会社。

自分の人生の時間を切り売りしてお金に換えている会社。

片や、仕事が待ち遠しい、仕事が楽しい会社。

給与も大事だが、やっていることや仕事の内容に価値を感じる会社。

会社のあり方が問われている。会社とは企業とは何か？

仕事するってどういうことか？

が、今問われている。

人間は社会的欲求を渇望する動物。

社会の中で自分の存在価値がわかれば、本当に楽しい人生を送れる。

片や仕事を作業とみなすとこれほどの苦痛はない。

前職の飲食業でパートナーやアルバイトに語り続けた。

路肩でレンガを積む仕事をしている人が二人いる。一人に質問した。

「何をしているのですか？」

その人は答えた。

「レンガを積んでいるのです。」

もう一人に同じ質問をした。

「何をしているのですか？」

「私は今、教会を作っています。

この近郊の住民が心落ち着けるように教会を作っています。

皆のためになりたいのです。」

この二人の仕事は、同じ業務。

片や作業としてのレンガ積み。。。

片や夢あふれる社会的に価値のある仕事。。。

考え方、発想の違いが、これほどまでに大きな違いになる。

どの会社でも、どの業務でも同じことが起こっている。

自分の業務の先にあるもの、それが社会的にどんな意味をもつものか、

それを理解することが必要。

また会社や上司はそれを理解させることが必要。

孫氏の「兵法」という　経営者の愛読書がある。

そこ書かれていること。一番大事な、そして最初に書かれていることは何か？

「之(これ)を経(はか)るに五事(ごじ)を以てし、

之を校(くら)ぶるに計を以てして、其の情を索(もと)む。

一に曰(いわ)く道、二に曰く天、三に曰く地、四に曰く将、五に曰く法｣

とある。企業が戦うにあたり、相手との比較をするべき項目が五事だ。

天（自然条件とその法則）、地（地理地勢条件）、将（トップの能力）、法（軍事力）。

これら四事よりも大事で、最初に孫氏が語ったもの。それは「道」。

これは、企業でいう理念。

心を一にして、自分たちの価値を社会に影響していくもの。

これが一番大事。これがないと組織は勝てない。

これがない組織は弱い。そして脆い。

なぜなら「芯」がないから。

残念ながらこのような企業が増えている。

単なる9時から5時までの作業の場所としての会社。そこで行うことは時間つぶしの作業。

言われたこと、なすがままに行う作業。そんな会社に明日はない。

一人一人の社員が、自分の仕事の社会的価値を見いだしていることが大切。

どんな仕事でも社会的価値はあるはず。それを浸透できるかどうかが鍵だ。

社会的価値が見出された企業は、「もっともっと社会的価値を！」となるはず。

社会に認められ、それを自らの成功体験に蓄積していく。

小さな成功体験の積み重ね以外に、人間が成長する方法はない。

自信とは自ずからを信じる気持ち。

積み重ねよう。小さな成功体験！！

What is a company or firm?

I saw a commercial for a temporary staffing agency on a train.

Which company are you looking for?

The company you can't wait to see on Friday.　　The one you can't wait to see on Monday."

That's an apt answer.

A company you can't wait to take a day off, a company you have no choice but to go to.

A company where you sell out the time of your life for money.

On the other hand, a company where you can't wait to work and enjoy your work.

A company where the pay is important, but where you feel the value in what you are doing and the work you are doing.

The question is being asked about what a company should be. What is a company?

What does it mean to work?

are now being questioned.

Human beings are animals that crave social needs.

If we understand the value of our existence in society, we can lead a truly enjoyable life.

On the other hand, there is no such pain when work is regarded as a task.

I kept telling my partners and part-timers at my last job in the restaurant business.

There are two people who work laying bricks on the shoulder of the road. I asked one of them.

'What do you do?'

The man replied.

I am piling bricks."

I asked the other the same question.

What are you doing?"

I am building a church.

I am building a church so that the people of this suburb can feel at home.

I want to be for everyone."

Their work is the same business.

On the one hand, they are building bricks as work.

On the other hand, it is a socially valuable work full of dreams.

The difference in thinking and ideas makes such a big difference.

The same thing is happening in every company and every job.

What lies beyond your own work and what it means to society,

The company and supervisors also need to make them understand this.

There is a book called "The Art of War" written by Mr. Sun, which is a favorite of managers.
