宰相グレシャムの有名なことばだ。
金の含有率の低い悪貨を市場に流通させると、人々は金の含有率の高い金貨（良貨）を家に貯めて、含有率の低い金貨（悪貨）を市場で使うから、市場には瞬く間に悪貨でいっぱいになる。といった話。
人も企業も一緒で、悪貨が企業内にいると良貨はどんどんやめてしまう。
組織も疲弊し衰退の一途。
だれが良貨でだれが悪貨かを見抜かないといけない。
企業には理念がある。（理念のない企業は論外だけど。。。）
理念にそって、悪貨を弾く。
だから企業経営は、真逆の「良貨は悪貨を駆逐する！」でないといけないし、これにつきる。
人のつながりも同じ。
悪貨は悪貨でかたまるし、良貨は良貨で集まり、固まる。
この辺の嗅覚は非常に大事。
お互いの知り合いに紹介するときも自分のフィルタリングをかけるから変な人は入ってこない。
知り合いも同類のフィルタリングかけるから変な人は入ってこない。
この連鎖。
人も企業も「良貨が悪貨を駆逐する！」
この状態が一番良いということ。
