企業とはなにか？

日本郵政の西川さんが辞任した。１００％大株主の日本国（亀井金融・郵政担当相）との軋轢の中での辞任だ。

新株主の考える方向と自分の行ってきた方向が違っていた。だから辞任すると西川さんは言っていた。

自民から民主に政権が代わり、同じくして日本郵政の大株主も変わった。

方針も１８０度変わった。

郵政民営化の旗の基、小泉さんから使命を受け目標までもう少しのところまで来ていた。

各社を上場させるために西川さんが行われた努力は相当なものだったと思う。

株主が変われば会社の方針も変わる

株主が変われば経営者も変わる。

これで本当によいのだろうか？

最近自分の周りでも同じようなことが多々起きている。

組織で働いている社員はどう思うのだろうか？

株主の意向でころころ変わる企業方針。

経営理念が１８０度変わってしまうこともあるのだろう。

今日の右は明日の左。。。。

それって、社員はなにを信じて仕事するのだろう。

株主と経営者との軋轢。

会社はだれのものか？

欧米では　「株主のもの」　　といわれる。

日本では　「社員のもの」　　といわれる。

はたして誰のものだろか？

ユニクロの柳井社長の本の中にあった。

会社は　　「顧客のもの」

そのとおり。

企業の目的は「顧客の創造」　　ドラッガー

これです。

人生の手綱は自分自身で引こう！！　そうしっかりと。

In Japan, it is said that it belongs to the employees.




Who really owns the company?




In a book written by Mr. Yanai, President of Uniqlo, he says, "A company belongs to its customers.




A company belongs to its customers.




That's right.




The purpose of a company is to create customers.
